Operator and scope

HoodGPT is an individually operated beta. An invite-only, text-first pilot intended for adults 18+ in the United States. AI is not a person and is not a professional or emergency service.

Custom voice, not permission

Neighborly banter, goofy profanity, stories and direct advice share the same safety boundaries. Erotic content, exploitation, hateful harassment, threats, doxxing, fraud and harmful wrongdoing are not the intended use.

No offer is active

Commercial price, allowance, duration, refund terms and required business disclosures remain subject to approval. There is no buy button and no automatic renewal.

Review still required

Content enforcement, provider eligibility, geographic and age controls, retention and legal disclosures must be approved before a public or paid launch. This draft does not waive statutory rights or prohibit honest reviews.
